Kayaks

Kayaks are becoming a more popular way to visit the waters in Saskatchewan and beyond, and Eb’s has been supporting this growing activity from the outset. We’re excited about kayaking, and we’ll get you geared up so you can share our excitement

Why kayak ? Compared to canoes, a sea kayak can be a much easier craft for the beginning user to handle. The lower center of gravity of the kayaker makes the boat inherently more stable. The beginning paddler will have little trouble keeping the boat going in a straight line with the double bladed paddle. Shorter recreational kayaks popular with the beginning paddler are very easy to turn, and longer boats can be directed with a rudder system. Sounds great, right !

Eb’s carries a large selection of sea kayaks suitable for the novice, intermediate, or more advanced paddler. We handle recreational boats, day trippers, and long distance touring craft from Ocean Kayaks, Old Town, Necky Kayaks, Delta Kayaks, and Current Designs, and all the accessories to keep you happy in your boat. Our experienced staff will ensure you get the right boat for your activity, the boat that fits you right, and the gear to make your kayaking experience a safe and enjoyable adventure.

They are built to accomodate taller paddlers, though paddlers of all sizes will appreciate their lively, responsive designs. We have Delta Kayaks ranging from day trippers (Delta Twelve-10) to expedition boats (Delta Seventeen).
